Bob McGrath is President of McGrath Psychological Services, PC, with over 40 years of experience in criminal justice and mental health settings. He served as the Clinical Director of the Vermont Department of Corrections network of three prison-based and twelve community-based treatment programs for sexual offending for over two decades.Bob has served on the advisory boards of treatment programs throughout the United States and the national programs in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.
Among his over 50 publications, he is a co-developer of the ROSAC, VASOR-2, and SOTIPS risk assessment instruments. He received the Association for the Treatment and Prevention of Sexual Abuse Lifetime Achievement Award in 2015. See Bob’s website at https://robertmcgrath.us.
Michael Lasher is a licensed clinical psychologist currently based out of Virginia. In addition to his current appointment, he has had the privilege of directly serving various state and county agencies in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Vermont, and consulting with several other jurisdictions in the United States.While working with Vermont’s prison-based treatment program for individuals convicted of sexual offenses, Mike used his passion for applied data analysis to help co-develop the SOTIPS and VASOR-2. In addition to his expertise in repeated-measures data analysis with risk and treatment needs measures, he is also experienced in a variety of quantitative and qualitative techniques and has applied these in both theoretical and applied projects.
